Q: What should the new bank tax be called? How about the "savings account tax?"?

It is going to be a tax on a bank's liabilities, which includes depositor's checking and savings accounts. Is this the first time that there has been an asset tax in America? Does the government need to tax our assets now because of the high unemployment, because we no longer have enough income for the income tax? So our employers collect our "income" tax, and our bankers collect our "savings account" tax? Is this why we had to repatriate all the Swiss bank accounts?
