Q: How can prevent innocents meet bad guys like one from OH on line? He's 61, bald, a pathological liar?

This man, retired, travels all over the world, using a false profile telling he's a widow, "good income" (and his bad credits??), luring Asian, C.& S. Amer. to move with him. Then after some weeks he leaves them behind, no money, no visa, no food, do not pay immigration lawyers, his rental contract, his worn-out things can't be sold, no plane tickets back to their countries, he has free maids while he's searching for new targets.... Then he goes back to his fifth wife, they have a weird, sexless (he's can't!), no love, just an "open, modern" marriage. They have met many years ago when married to other people but together since then.... Pls. tell us how can we warn those innocent ladies abroad, so they can avoid legal problems, pain, sorrow after selling their things in their hometown, maybe leaving their jobs behind, following his sick dreams...that only last a few weeks while he is acting as a tourist using their cars.. Then one day without any warning, pluft...he is gone !

A: If you have physical proof of this and all the details of how to find him, report him. Report him to anybody and everybody. Talk to immigration, talk to the police in his hometown. Talk to the FBI, talk to anyone who will listen to you. It's a shame that you have be apart of this, but if it helps you sleep at nite, do it. What could it hurt to be a concerned citizen?
